POSITION: EPOS MANAGER

ABOUT ONE CIRCLE EVENTS

One Circle Events; one of the UK’s leading festival and event bar operators, has an exciting opportunity for individuals to join the management team for the summer of 2024. The bars we operate range from high volume and high performance, to cocktail, real ale, brand activations and VIP bars. The EPOS we use is Square, however we do also work closely with other EPOS companies at numerous festivals throughout the year.

THE ROLE

• Managing all EPOS activity onsite, including but not limited to accepting deliveries, managing collections, programming devices, device distribution to bars, over-seeing WiFi, charging devices, training and briefing other members of the team.

• Leading an organising a team to complete all onsite duties.

• Ensuring all EPOS operations are at their optimal at all times.

• Completing and managing signage tasks such as displaying, editing, creating, printing; such as guides and key information sheets.

• Overseeing important licensing documents.

• Managing and overseeing all bar due diligence and paperwork.

• Managing all radio operations onsite.

• Completing ad-hoc and key reconciliation or reporting tasks.

• Overseeing all on-site stationery and office equipment.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Experience working at events or festivals.

• Experience using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

• Experience working alongside EPOS systems.

• Experience overseeing and managing small teams of other employees.

• Hard working, can-do attitude.

• Good communication and organised.

• Ability to work with deadlines and follow existing processes.

• Good problem-solving skills.
